What is a Scout, Nurse, or Toy Soldier? How do I get a rank?

A scout is a female Soldier who spreads the word through good deeds and cookies. A nurse is someone who is always there to help, ready to use her charms and wit to help out. A Toy Soldier is someone (male or female, whereas the two before are female exclusive) who is on the front lines of the army, working hard every day to spread the word and share smiles.
